There are five tiers available: Classic, Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Infinite. Please also note that your issuer tier (the card provided by your bank) may vary from your Visa card type/ tier. For more clarity on your issuer tier, please consult your issuing bank.

Yes, your card tier determines which offers and benefits you may redeem. While several of our rewards and benefits are available to cardholders within all tiers, some are reserved for only select tiers.

As a Visa cardholder, you will automatically be assigned to a card tier based on your cardholder history and transactions. This isn’t something that can voluntarily change unless your transaction behaviour changes. Please also note that your Visa card type/tier is not the same as your issuer tier. For more clarity on your issuer tier, please consult your issuing bank.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to link your card to your account. Your card details will never be stored on this platform or shared with any third parties. It is simply used to determine which card tier you qualify for, so we may present you with relevant benefits and offers.

Travel Insurance is only available to Signature and Infinite cardholders. If you fall under one of these tiers, visit the “Insurance & Claims” page and click through to the "Travel Insurance” page. Here, you will be able to read all policy documentation, as well as find details and prompts on how to submit a claim.
